M-Star Grievance

Today’s environment of institutional accountability makes it necessary to diligently monitor and mitigate grievances and complaints. Tracking grievances is an extremely important job and when it is done right, institutions gain confidence of their stakeholders and promote an environment conducive to their development. The M-Star Grievance System is designed to manage the grievance processes from complaint to resolution and improve the problem resolution process in the campus setting. The mechanism of grievance redressal allows users to create separate Grievance Cells to deal with student, staff, faculty or women complaints, receive online complaints, accept / reject complaints, schedule meetings, resolve issues, collect fines etc.
